Terms of Service

The rules that govern your use of Echo.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Echo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Echo is a voice dictation and voice command application available on macOS, iOS, Android, and Windows. It transcribes your voice into text using AI and places it wherever your cursor is, and it can execute voice commands against connected services such as Google and Notion — for example answering questions about your schedule, sending an email, or creating a task or page — when you choose to connect those services.

Accounts are email-based. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Notify us immediately at echo@finalleap.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

Transcriptions belong to you. We do not claim ownership over content you create using Echo. You grant us a limited license to process your audio solely to provide the transcription service.

6. Subscription and Payment

Echo offers a free tier with usage limits, along with paid subscription plans that raise or remove those limits. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, and applicable payment terms, pricing, and refund policy are presented at the point of purchase. We will notify users before making material changes to pricing or to what is included in the free tier.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time via Settings or by emailing echo@finalleap.co.

8. Disclaimers

Echo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee transcription accuracy, uptime, or fitness for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Final Leap shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Echo.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karnataka, India.

We may update these terms and will notify users via email or in-app notice.
